Corinne Pauliuk has several years of Harassment Investigating, Training and Policy Development with crown corporations, provincial and international organizations, educational institutions, aboriginal organizations and non-profit organizations. She has also worked with adults and children building self-esteem and providing career counselling.
In addition, Corinne has 6 years of journalism experience, has worked with an international human resource firm as a career management consultant and has 17 years experience in the union movement at the local, provincial and national level. Her areas of expertise as an advisor are in Workplace Harassment, Mediation/Conflict Resolution, Staff and Personal Development, Investigations (Corporate, Civil and Human Rights), and Security Officer training for Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta.
Corinne is an experienced mediator trained by Saskatchewan Justice 1996, educated at the University of Regina (B. Admin.), Labour College of Canada 1994, and is trained in personality analysis: qualified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator 1996 and certified in ColourSpectrums 2001. She is also a licensed Private Investigator CP#65 with the Ministry of Sask Justice.
Harold Smith has several years of experience dealing with upper and middle management, in the private and government sectors.
Harold has a solid understanding of issues and concerns facing non-aboriginals, and ethnic groups including Metis and First Nations people. He has extensive experience in Business and Financial Management, Aboriginal Education, Housing, Employment Development, Land Claims, Economic Development, Staff and Personal Development. He is the former Director of Operations for the Star Blanket First Nations where he was involved with Urban Reserve Creation and the Sakimay First Nations where he was involved in all aspects of reserve operations. He was also a guest lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan.
Other areas of expertise as an advisor include Security Officer Training for Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta; Treaty Land Entitlement – Third Party Negotiations; and Investigations (Corporate, Civil and Human Rights). Harold has a B.Admin degree and is a licensed Private Investigator CP#65 with the Ministry of Sask Justice.
